Query on Phone Type Quanitity

Hi - Is anyone aware of a way to pull a phone type of "X" that is listed multiple times on a record? Ex: Phone type of Home greater than or equal to 2. I am working on removing the duplicate phone types and would love to narrow the records down prior to exporting into an Excel and manually reviewing that file. Thanks in advance for the suggestions!

 If you export to excell you can create a pivot report that will count the # of phone types per constituent

Thank you for the suggestion, Elaine.  I am looking for a solution within RE that narrows the results based on a criteria of constituents with duplicate phone types, prior to exporting into Excel and require sorting or pivot tables.
