Importing and merging customer data

Hi,


I wonder if anyone can help.

We have a csv file of additional information specific to each individual customer record. We would like to import this extra information (a URL which links to an individual document stored on a SharePoint server, each customer has a different url to a document) so that we can then access a customer record and then click the link to access the document which is linke to the record. Is this possible? Any ideas?
