Possible to Customize Donation Notification Emails?

Donation notification emails (or rather, "Large Gift Donation Notification" emails) automatically include the Campaign Name, Donation Level, Donation Amount, Donor Name, and Donor E-mail related to the gift. However, is it possible to also include the name of the Donation page?
