How do I access online tutorials

When I was at my previous employer with NXT there were online tutorials you could take, where do I find those in RE7.

    I'm unaware of any exact equivalent, but in the RE application, on the menu bar, check the options under Help for a number of possibilities.

    Hi Gail Brescia‍ - You can find user manuals and online tutorials blackbaud.com.  For either one of these support options, go to Training and Support > How-To Documentation > Raiser's Edge.  I personally find the User Guides to be the most helpful, as they offer specifics on each feature of RE.  You can also take classes through Blackbaud University (cost depends on if you have a Learn subscription, talk to your account rep if you are interested); the class I have found to be the most useful covered the Import feature.  If you just have an question or idea you would like to ask, Community or the Chat Support through Blackbaud are great resources.
