Chat Support

Has anyone else complained the Chat Support did away with the status of what # in the Queue position one is?  One does not know if one is #3 or #33 in the queue and if one should continue to wait or try at a later time.  VERY ANNOYING as it's been over 30 minutes so far and I have no clue how much closer I am.  I have asked Blackbaud this before and they never reply.


Since they charge a lot for phone support we have opted for chat support only - not a good system.

  • I am waiting now in Chat!  Ugh,  I am afraid if I click off the screen I won't see when they actually connect to me.
  • I didn't know we were charged for phone support? We often call them as it's so much quicker, but if this is costing us more, I need to bear that in mind!
