where to find table entries

Hi Community!


In Raiser's Edge, where would I find all of the available entries from the Appeal ID or Campaign ID drop-down field in a batch?

The drop-down shows numerous entries that were apparently added through the batch, but which do not appear in Config > Tables. In fact, only Categories (not IDs) appear in Config.

The best I can do right now is search for each ID entry one-by-one through Records > Appeals (or Records > Campaigns) to make inactive, with an end date, so it stops appearing in the drop-down.

Campaigns, Funds, and Appeals aren't configuration table entries.  They are top level records of their own.  Go to Records -> Campaigns to manage Campaigns.

Yes, thanks. That is what I have been doing, but then I have to access each individual ID one-by-one, I guess I was just wondering if there was a full listing for IDs just as there are for Categories, to make it easier/quicker for me to clean these up. Your feedback is much appreciated!

You can create a Campaign Query that includes all records and then easily scroll through all the entries.

Queries are only available in RE Database not in NXT ?
