Issue tabbing between fields - RE sometimes skips a field

A few of my team have had an issue occur a number of times in the last couple of months, where RE will skip a field when you use the Tab key - it sometimes does this for a few hours, or days, then stops doing it. If we don't notice it and be more vidulent, we could enter information into the wrong field. We find this happens in all areas of RE, including Batches. Support weren't able to say why it's happening, has anyone else had this happen?
