I have not been able to start a Chat in over an hour.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Yes!  Experiencing this problem as well.  I also noticed when I tried to get to the chat from within RE it was bringing up a 404 - Page Not Found error.  And when opening a chat from NXT I'm just getting the waiting room page for a long time.

I was able to Chat through Blackbaud Customer Support below.  But still getting error message through Raiser's Edge.

Felicia Thompson‍ glad you could reach Support too.  If you are still having the error message via Raiser's Edge, I would let them know about your issue.  I checked with our Support team and there is not a global issue at this time, so it might be an internet, browser or some other individual reason they could help you troubleshoot.
