Can we change the name of an LO Interest without disrupting our existing data?

We want to change the name of one of our LO Interest categories to make it more general so that we can begin capturing some additional constituents without creating yet another interest category (Current category is Clagett CSA. We also want to capture those purchasing our beef, so want to change the interest to simply Clagett Farm.)


Will this change propagate back to existing records?
