Mouse Control Issues with Hosted RE

Several times in the last two weeks it seems like Raiser's Edge takes over my mouse functionality.
It isn't that the mouse will not respond it just will not move past two inches of the left part of the screen.
If I alt/tab to another application the mouse works again.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any idea how to stop it from happening? As far as I know I'm not hitting anything on my keyboard that might cause it. It is SUPER annoying!

found a Knowledgebase article about this - looks like it might be a Citrix issue...I swear I just updated Citrix...sigh...3

Yikes! That is super frustrating, Joanne Felci. Nice work narrowing down the issue and finding that Knowledgebase article. I imagine that might have been a tricky problem to diagnose. I know I would have blamed the mouse, the computer, my IT team, and things like Neptune being in retrograde and causing all types of deception - I would have blamed all of that before I got to Raiser's Edge. ?
Hope the Citrix reinstall was able to clear it up.0
