Looking for Consultants to Audit our RE configuration and processes

I am looking for names of consultants that do Raiser's Edge "configuration" audits. This is the background as to why:


I implemented Raiser's Edge from scratch back in 2012-2013 when I first joined my organization. When I say from scratch, I mean we had Finanical Edge, but did not have a donor database. We only had an Outlook contact list. I had to match contacts to gifts manually using excel (3300 gifts) before I could add them to Raiser's Edge. Financial Edge gift records only had partial names of donors and even then they were not written the same way twice, so it was interesting. In addition, I had only worked briefly in eTapastry in the past, so I was still a donor database newbie. Anyway, iI got it done (took a year). It has worked quite well, considering my lack of background with it at the time.


Fast forward to today and we are at the point where I would like to conduct an audit of our database configuration and some of our database related processes. I have constantly streamlined and improved some of the original configuration (like how we use appeals and using more attributes) but I know more can be improved (like our constituent codes are WAY too many) and I just want some help doing it.


Anyway, I have been talking to Omatic Software for several months. One of their services is a Raiser's Edge Audit. That is what I am looking for.

However, I would like to talk with a few more consultants to do a service and cost comparison before I move forward.


If you have any recommendations, I would appreciate it.
