Blackbaud checkout - Credit Card button does nothing - very confusing

Options
We are testing Blackbaud checkout on OLX, and also want to allow direct debit.

So on the Get Started tab of the OLX form I click the Direct Debit checkbox and Blackbaud Checkout.

On the resulting donation form, there is a box for Credit Card and Debit Card, and below those is Secure Payment.

However, when someone clicks Credit Card, nothing happens.

They have to click Secure Payment, even though it does not indicate it is for credit cards.

As a donor, I would assume the Credit Card button is malfunctioning and would never think to click Secure Payment.

Is there any way around this?

It's a really big design flaw that will greatly confuse donors.

If you haven't already, check out the OLX Idea Bank to post this idea or vote for similar ideas.  The traditional entry form for credit cards (which you are used to appearing when selecting the cc button) has been replaced with Blackbaud Secure Checkout, which is causing the issue you described.  The good news is when "direct debit" is selected the donate button changes from "Secure payment" to the normal submit button on your form, which may indicate to the donor that to enter in their credit card information (or use a digital wallet) they need to click on the button that appears with this option.  In the meantime, if you think this too confusing for your constituents to understand I would recommend disabling secure check out for the time being until solution can be found.
