Online forms to gather constituent information

We are new to RE NXT and I'm searching for a solution to use an online and/or email outreach to update data for specific constituents. We have a group of constituents where all we have are names, college attended, and email addresses. We would like to email them and have them provide their mailing addresses and then have that information be automatically integrated into their record. Is this possible? I think I could retrofit an event form to fit perhaps? Open to suggestions! Thanks in advance for your help.

We set up an event in Online Express that is dedicated to updating contact information.  This allows the constituent information to flow through the OLX plug in.  You can view our contact information update page here:  https://invest.ignatius.org/contact/contact-information-update
