On-Line Express - Email Exclusions

Hi,


I wonder if someone can answer this quick question.   It is possible to send emails to constituents who have one primary constituent code and the "Date To" field is populated?   I would like to send emails to former employees but all the dates are ended.   I was told that they would automatically be excluded from any email in On-Line Express. 


Appreciate any insight into as I couldn't find any information on this.

Hi Rita Nicholson‍ - I have never heard of emails being excluded based on the "Date To" of a constituent code being filled out (see KB Article #108335 for more info on what types of emails are excluded).  If you are still worried that this these types of constituents will be excluded, test it out with one of the records marked with a "Date To" and your email address.
