How do I Globally delete an action from constituent records

I followed the steps in KB Article Number: 37488


I was not successful!


I have a query of all the actions that I want to delete. They have the same Action Date, Category, Status and Note Description.


I linked the query to Global delete and got ALL EXCEPTIONS - NO actually deleted records.


Please advise, as I have been waiting for Chat Support for 45 minutes today.....

Did you run the deletion with the defaults on Tab 2? Not making any changes since you already have the information in your query, if I am understanding you correctly?
