Query ? and Training on line ? for beginner

Hi All 

I am new to Raisers Edge/Blackbaud.  Is there a way to query under individual record corporations only?  Also, can you point me in the direction of training on line for beginners?

Query allows a choice between individual and organization... look for Key Indicator under the Constituent Information tree.
