How can I Batch Create Proposals from List?

Our organization has been using RE 7/RE NXT for just under a month.  We recently sent out a mailing to a list of constituents to solicit sponsorships for an upcoming event.  I have a query list that identifies everyone who go the mailing.  I was able to do a global add to create proposals for each but when I do a Global add action it will not allow me to select a proposal.

Help!
