Grateful Family Award Recipient Tracking

Hi all,


We are in the early phases of implementing a Grateful Families and Residents program at my org. We've had a handful of honorees thus far, and they've all been tracked utilizing a separate spreadsheet. Does anyone do something similar at your org? If so, how do you track them in RE without massively counting toward your constituent record maximum?


A breakdown of the info that would need to be pulled at any given point:
  • Honoree Name
  • Honoree Facility
  • Date of ceremony they were honored at
  • Donor/Grateful Family who nominated them
Just looking for a plain and simple way of tracking in RE so that we have one less outside spreadsheet to rely on.
