Processing Event Registrations From NetCommunity

We recently launched our first Event Form in NetCommunity for Family Weekend. We noticed when we processed the first registrant into batch that it only allowed us to link this first person and not any of the other registrants. To be clear the mother of a student completed the form and also registered the student and her spouse. All three of these are constituent records in our RE database but when we process the batch only the mom is linked and the event shows up on her Event Tab but nothing is showing on the Event Tab of the Father or Student. Is there a way to try to link all registrants when process these event registrations in NetCommunity or is there something we can do after we bring them in the RE?

Unfortunately, you'll need to link them after they event is on the person who paid for the registration and linked them by going to the guest tab. You don't however, need to wait for the batch to commit - you can do directly in batch.


It's sad to say but I actually miss this as we moved to iModules and having a horrible time even getting the event information for anyone registered imported into RE.
