Query

Options
I have created a query so I can get the total Receipt amount for Board of Directors for each fiscal year, but the totals remain the same for each fiscal year although I changed the dates.  What am I doing wrong?

    Constituency Code one of Board of Director, Past Board

    AND Gift Total Receipt Amount_1 greater than or equal to $1.00

    Total Amount of Gifts_2 greater than or equal to $1.00

    AND Gift Date between 7/1/2014 AND 6/30/2015
  • It looks like Gift Total Receipt Amount_1 and Total Amount of Gifts_2 are summary fields which each have their own set of criteria associated with them, so they're not affected by changing the Gift Date in the last line of the query. Try right-clicking on the summary fields and changing the date ranges in the criteria there.
  • Alan beat me to it :)  Here is a snippet of what it should look like.   When you choose Total Amount of Gifts, click Yes to apply applicable criteria.
