ANalyzing Expenses Vs. Donor Gift for ROI

okay, This is involved. We want to analyze the cost per donor to raise $XXX in RENXT. For example, in FENXT we put the expenses for the donor developer by his donor trip. However that information does not transfer to ReNXT. Is there a way to put in the expense amount for the particular donor trip, the donor targeted gift amount and the actual gift received in ReNXT to run a report to determine the ROI for the trip
