Is export file size limited to 100mb?

I can not export a file larger than 100mb. I receive a "Not Enough Space on Disk" even though BB increased my folder size to 500mb.

I'd test it for you, but I don't know how to generate a 100MB file from Export. What happens if you by-pass the cloud and export directly to your desktop or a shared drive on your network?

It would work if I exported to my desktop but then I wouldn't be able to run the Crystal Report based on it. (Sorry, I didn't mention the Crystal Report early)


Support got back to me and there is no file size limit. You are limited by other third party factors such as only 65k lines in Excel, etc.


You do have to ask BB to temporarily increase your username folder size to 500mb.

Is it possible they did not correctly allocate 500 MB to your account? I ask because if they state there's no file size limit and only 3rd party limitations, yet you repeatedly hit that 100 MB wall, it sounds like they may not have things correct on their end. KB51734 notes the 100MB limit in the cloud (of which I'm sure you are already aware which is why you requested 500 MB).

After BB increased the size I made the mistake of running the Crystal Report with an another username in order to keep working with my username. Once I ran the Crystal Report with my username it worked. I originally didn't realize that they increase the file size based on username. I thought they did it by folder.
