OLX Security question

Hello Team!

I have a client with some OLX security question that I was wondering if the group had insights into.


Can you manage the security and separate the access? For instance, a user only with access to Donations forms, another user only with Email Marketing, another user with access only to Events Registrations, another user with access only to Membership, and perhaps another user with a combinations of access like: Donations + Events


I know the access to OLX is based on Security Groups, but they will give access to OLX in general (all of the available sections).

Hi Allan. No, OLX's security model doesn't allow assigning user permissions separately for each functional area within OLX. You're correct that when granted access to OLX, users will have access to each area.


Note that the new permissions model that's being rolled out as part of RE NXT will expose far more granular user permissions.
