Citirx hosting and Windows 10

Hi, I am new to Blackbaud. Currently I am using a Windows 10 system. Every time I try to open any of the citrix apps provided by Blackbaud for my school, it shows that the app is running but only displays it as shown in the screenshot below. I have tried using the version specified by the Blackbaud site, updating and reinstalling. Every app opens the exact same way. I have no problems running them on any computer running Windows 7.


I've searched the forms for this issue and found display issues but none similar to this.

Any input will be appreciated.

    Have you reached out to both Blackbaud support and your IT team? It could be perhaps incompatible versions of Citrix? How frustrating for you, though! Good luck!
