ResearchPoint auto syncing between RP and Raiser's Edge

I have been working with our support team at ResearchPoint and RE for months regarding auto-syncing between both products.

I am completely frustrated with the fact that Raiser's Edge does not automatically sync with ResearchPoint.

I do know that you can sync one record at a time before doing a screening but when adding 800 constituents for a screening, I can't sit there and do the syncing one by one.

Does anyone have another thoughts on that or other products that they're using?

Laura,  I agree with you wholeheartedly that the sync shouldn't have to be one record at a time.  I believe that when you open a record in ResearchPoint that is linked to RE that it should automatically sync again.   We are having the same issues between RP and RE.  Also the updating of spouse records is not seamless.   Divorces and deaths are not as seamless between the two as they should be.  If there is a change in the household noted by RE than the RP record should be flagged when the record is synched again.
