"Welcome Series" - list based on open/click action?

Hi All,


I'm poking my way through LO trainings and trying to set up a welcome series for our new sustainer program.  Our marketing team would like to segment based on whether an email recipient opened and/or clicked on a first round email.


Is that something I can query on when building new lists?

It's been a while, but I think this is how you do it:




Just setup your query as per normal for your welcome series, and add the transaction information->email clickthrough or email opens.

Bri is correct, but you may not have your Engagement Factor fields named that way. It could be just the default name of Engagement Factor 1 and Engagement Factor 2, etc. You don't have to change the name of those fields, but you will need to configure an Email Segmentation task and run it. After that runs, you can set up the Query and use the engagement factor field that you populated.
