Setting up Action Track based on an Event

Hi All, 


I would love some help in setting up Action Tracks based on an Event. Essentially I would like to know how do you set up a list of actions (like Welcome Pack, reminder email, t-shirts and bag mailing). I can't seem to be able to set the date for the Event on Action Track, am I missing something?
