Messages delivered to target from org "on behalf of" supporter?

Messages submitted through advocacy alerts are sent to the target's inboxes as from "[ Organization Name <org email> ] on behalf of [ Constituent Name <constituent email> ]"

While this format/transparency is apparently required for federal-level targets, it is not for state/municipal targets, where most of our advocacy is based. There'd ideally be an option (already submitted to Ideas) to toggle between the two requirements so that state and/or municipal targets can receive messages from their constituents without this "on behalf of" language, but has anyone found a workaround in the meantime?
