Exporting birthdates and contact information from NXT to Outlook contacts/address book

Is there a way to export a list of birthdates (from a major gift officer’s portfolio) and/or contact information (phone, email) from NXT to our individual Outlook contacts?  Right now we are manually adding this information one constituent at a time to our Outlook contacts.  Our MGO’s are curious if there is a direct integration between NXT and their Outlook contacts/address books so the information does not need to be added manually.  Is there an export process from NXT that would tie directly to Outlook?  We will eventually be moving to Office/Outlook 365.

Have you looked into the Outlook NXT Plug-In?  I know it can add actions from Outlook, but I don't know if it pulls over that information into a user's outlook profile.  It has the ability to link to that constituent's info in NXT, which may be a better idea.
