adding t-shirt size selection to donor form

We are running a month-end promotion and giving donors the chance to get a t-shirt.  How do I add a field of t-shirt sizes from which they can select?

I set up a new gift attribute in RE named "Employee T-Shirt Size" because the T-Shirts were for an employee giving campaign - then the Table that I associated with the gift attribute had a list of values for S, M, L, XL, etc.  When you build the OLX donation form, you can then find the additional gift attribute to add under the Extras tab and edit the Display name to be whatever you need - you can also select if you want it to be a required field on the donation form or not with the checkbox once you add it as an option - we made it optional in case donors did not want a T-shirt for their donation.
