Adding actions from OLX

Has anyone come up with a good work around for adding actions to RE records for emails sent in OLX? Currently we're having to export the data, split into whether people opened/clicked etc and import, then add the action, which is rather long winded, I'm new to online express and just wondered if there was a better way..

I'm not sure why you would want to add actions for emails sent via OLX since the information can be taken from the appeals TAB after updating Raiser's Edge from the OLX stats section.  You can also track whether they received, opened, opted-out or bounced.
