A company paid for tickets to an event in online express however the person paying used her name instead of the company's name.  How can I change that person's name to the company's name?

    There are multiple places you will have to make this change.  If you have not committed the gift yet, you can change in batch where the gift is recorded.  If you have already committed the gift you will need to move it to the Company's record either through re-entry or merging.  In terms of the Event Module, you will need to create a new participant record (copy over the information created for the old one) and delete the original. You will then need to link the gift to the new participant record. 


    There is an option within the OLX Event Form set up to "Allow individuals to register on behalf of an organization" make sure that this option is checked to prevent this from happening in the future.  You can get to this option by going to: Edit > Extras tab > 2nd Option from the top).
