    I was receiving help with setting up
    Donor page(s) for our web page and the help desk said my BBMS was
    not showing up. I am a bit confused also by your question,

    It is set up but it was missing the
    BBMS and the help desk said they did not understand why?

    I don't understand how you managed to set up OLX without linking in a BBMS account. I found two knowledge base articles on installing OLX within your system (one for hosted, one for self hosted systems); both articles list that BBMS/BBPS account information is required to setup OLX.  Which chat support did you reach out to (i.e Raiser's Edge, Online Express, Blackbaud Merchant Services)? Have you spoke to your account manager about your issue?
