RELO connector not importing certain day's gifts

Hi all, does anyone came across a problem where the RELO connector does not import certain day's gifts on to the RE, it misses some days. Its happening to me more than often.

Called BlackBaurd and they have no clue at all, they are simply saying they can't help ! how is this ever possible ? holidays are approaching and a nightmere is also looming !


Want some insights if anyone had this issue and how they resolved.

  • we used RELO for a couple of years - once we put the correct operational processes in place it generally worked really well - we would miss a single transaction every now and then and have to resend it through the interface.We never missed 'days' - you may want to check the error log in RE to see if there are pending transactions.
  • We did send the Days' gift three times already, it never got imported. The Import log in RELO says the gifts are imported but nothing came thru. BB is now accepting they have no way to check whether the gift in Luminate has been imported into RE.
