Online Express Pros and Cons

We are working with a consultant to recommend an online donation software and they are leaning toward Online Express


I would love to hear people's thoughts - that use the product - what are some pros/cons you have experienced

Hi Joanne,


I would say the best thing about using OLX is that it is integrated in Raiser's Edge and it's fairly easy to pick up how to design and format donation pages. It also has the ability to link events and send out marketing email and e-appeals. There are of course some limitations, but given what is designed to do it works great.


I know this isn't much information, but instead a quick opinion. Hope it helped.

Thanks Michael!  I appreciate you taking the time to respond. The other pro I can think of for OLX is we can continue to use BBMS.
