Trying to Create Luminate Group of Donors in Specific Time Frame

Has anyone created a group using either a query or the Luminate Beta lists feature that tells them who donated within a specific time frame?  My organization is trying to look at anyone who donated (not just the "last transaction") during a specific 3-day period and we are having some difficulty with this.


We created a Luminate Beta list using their filters to include only constituents who donated during the specified 3-day period who have opted in to email, and it returned 88 constituents, which seemed low. So I ran a Transactions Details Report using the Report Writer with the parameters of that date range.  After removing the duplicates, refunds, and anyone who opted out of email, we were left with 113 constituents.  In all, there are 26 donors showing up on my Transactions Details Report who are opted in to email who are not showing up in the Luminate Beta list.


Has anyone encountered this happening with their lists or have you tried creating a group like this before?


I'd welcome any feedback anyone has in how to create this group or why there is a discrepancy between my Luminate Beta list and the Transaction Details Report.

If you are just trying to make a one-off group then your Report Writer report will do the trick. 


Go to those results and click the little thumbs-up icon at the top. That will open a pop-up window with steps to add the constituents in the report to a group.


\\ We haven't done much in BETA, not much seems ready enough for us. No direct HTML editing in email is a deal breaker.
