No longer able to insert and image into the thank you email on Donation Forms

Hello,

We used to be able to add an image (header) to our thank you letters on our donation forms.  When it worked we just went to the website where the image was located and right click to copy and then Ctr V on the donation form thank you.

This no longer works.  Now when I Ctr V or right click to paste, nothing appears.


There has to be some way to get images/logos/headers on these forms. Has anyone had recent success in doing this. 

PS ..we are hosted if this makes a difference.

I found the same issue. Must have been some sort of change in the system. The online acks we set up last year have our logo, but for the one I set up this past Fall for our gala I could not insert the logo. If anyone has had recent success in inserting an image I'd love to hear how you did it. Also, if someone from BB could chime in as to whether this is a known issue, that would be very helpful. Thanks!
