Online Express- Capturing Consent

Hi, we've just switched from NetCommunity to OLX and we're really  struggling to capture consent in the same way as we were in NetCommunity.


We need to be able to offer customers the option to opt in/out of three separate email channels - events emails, newsletter emails, and appeal emails. However it looks like there isn't the provision to do that? Also we're surprised that there is no consent option for event forms, and there is no provision for customers to opt in/out of various communications channels via OLX emails. There is just a stock 'unsubscribe' form that we can't edit. Any chance these features may be available soon?


Any advice/suggestions would be very much appreciated! I completely understand OLX is a much less sophisticated solution than NetCommunity but I didn't think its GDPR provisions would be so different and less amenable!

    Totally agree that this functionality needs to be in OLX.

    We had a training session with BB where we raised this point as a matter of urgency - just looked back over my notes and it was in Feb 2016!! That's almost 3 years ago.

    The upshot is we are still using MailChimp when what we really want is to use OLX.

    So to repeat Kathleen's words - PLEASE, PLEASE, BB FIX THIS!!!
