Multiple Guests

Hello! We are trying to set up events with Luminate Online that will give the option to purchase tickets for multiple guests. Does anyone have a best practice for how you collect that data in Luminate Online? We have been using a short answer survey response option, but that is still making it difficult to separate each guest in Excel for name tags, guest list, etc. Welcoming any and all ideas!

    Thanks for your response. Do you create constituent records for the guests in your CRM?

    If they provide us with additional information at event check-in then we will create a constituent record. Otherwise, no, I don't believe we do.
