Brand New and need quick and easy help - Designated Giving Categories

Hello! I am working on a form to do an annual giving campaign, and need the drop down options for designated gift to have more than one category.


There is no Fundraising>Donation Management>Designated Giving tab on my version of Luminate Online. What am I missing?

Security Permissions. Ask your admin (or chat with support if you're the admin) for 'Donations - Designated Giving' to be at least 'View Designees' - probably 'Manage Designees'.
