Tracking Organization Community Involvement

I have been asked to track my organizations involvement in community activities in RE (Community Heath Fairs, Other Non-Profit Events....) and we don't have the Events Module. The goal for this is to see if any of these community activities/organizations are in turn supporting our organization as well and to track any money we've spent. Thanks in advance for your help.

I'd track them as Actions on a record for each org.

Another possibility is to track them in Relationship(s) between your org and the other org(s).
