HE PAG meeting in Chicago and my colleague Karen Rayshel

Hello fellow PAG members!


I will not be attending the conference next week, so will be unable to join you for the HE PAG meeting in Chicago. However, I'd like to take a couple of moments to introduce you all to my colleague and team mate, Karen Rayshel, who will be representing UW-Madison in the PAG meeting next week along with Craig Hughes. 


Karen has been and Advancement Systems Business Consultant here at Wisconsin since 2014. As such, she has made herself invaluable to our organization by cultivating expertise in Blackbaud CRM and our business processes organization-wide. In addition to becoming our CRM security expert, she has developed particularly deep knowledge around our revenue processes, and works frequently at the intersection of gifts processing in CRM and Financial Edge (FE) to ensure efficiency of these workflows and the quality of revenue data.
