Wondering if there is a workaround for the following:


Someone purchased 4 adult tickets and 2 child tickets to one of our events. They used their name for every registrant. When I download the transaction, the person's name is registered 6 different times in the event module instead of showing that XX bought 4 adult tickets and 2 child tickets? Why does it separate the one transaction in the event module? I want to link the one registrant to the gift instead of 6 registrants to the same gift.


Anyone else experiencing this?

I should also add that we are trying to avoid anonymous records although I know that would allow people to register their guest information later..

I have seen this happen with both NetCommunity and Online Express.  The only way I've found to combat this, so far, is to do the manual cleanup in the event module after the gifts are pulled over.  I hope someone else has better information!
