Unable to attend registration options

Is anyone using a 'regrets' option in their registration forms for those people that want to acknowledge receiving the invite and are unable to attend?

We use a participant attribute...



Works well, but be aware, you will need a manual process to update the Event record's 'response' field to Accepted/Declined.
