Would like a way to add additional fields to capture during a registration form? Is there a way to do this?

You can add participant attributes (Tab 2: Field Options) or gift attributes (Tab 3: Extras).  The difference between the two is that the participant attributes will appear for every registration purchased on the form where as the gift attribute is tied to the gift and will only appear once.
