OLX Query, Import, Error Message

Hi all,

I need some assistance.  We have been working on segmenting for direct mail.  Because of there are so many factors on why we want to remove people from the query that was built, we pull the queries in to Excel, edit and send the processing company that list.  Now I have to go back to RE do the Actions and prepare a list of those that were actually mailed a letter so we can email them a follow up. 


So I tool the final edited Excel lists and imported the Constituent ID back in to RE, making a static Constituent Query.  Check. Worked great for Actions.


Then I took that static query and saved it as an Individual Query (now a Dynamic query), because they don't want to email to Orgs.  Check.  Seems fine.


Now I am looking at that Individual Query to prepare it for Online Express.  Based on a suggestion in Knowledgebase Article #68432, I put in the Criteria as Phone Type is one of Email; EmailFinder AND Requests No Email = No.


Now when I run this query I get this error message.  Anyone know why?

My second question.....when I build the query for Online Express, do I need to put their Email in the Output?  Or does OLX just go out to their records and search for them?
