How to work with Gift and Participant Attributes for a Free Event.

we have a free event and we need to include attributes on the form, and since there is cost associated, the gift attributes won't show up (or is there a work around?)

...so I made participant attributes which does populate, but if they are registering more than one person,the attributes show up for every single registrant... I do not want that to happen...HELP!

HI, I'm trying to accomplish the same thing. Did you find an answer? Support tells me that you cannot turn off the attributes for all guests within one registration. It has to be all or nothing, which really stinks.
