How to Query and Export Email List for Constant Contact

Good afternoon!


I am hoping someone can help me. Our organization has Raisers Edge version 7.95.6283.0. I am trying to query on all emails added into Raisers Edge since a certain date. I created a Constituent query with the following criteria: Phone type one of Home Email 1, Home Email 2, Work Email 1, Work Email 2 AND Phone Date Last Changed between 4/13/2017 and 10/8/2018.


The query results have 14,827 records. When I run the Export, I used the following for the Output: Constituent information - Name; Phones - Phone Number, Phone Type, Date Last Changed. It comes up with about 10,000 records. 


I know I have not entered that many emails in a year and a half. Can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong? (I do not have Raisers Edge support at this time.)


I'd be grateful for any suggestions! Thanks!!

Hi Julie,

What i would do just have the Email date added as the criteria then the rest as the output and see if the numbers change.

You're not necessarily doing anything wrong; this will include all emails that have had something changed, as well as ones that have been newly added. Have you used any tools during that time that would have updated emails in bulk, e.g. the Mark Phones Primary plug-in?
