Merging multiple queries to include individuals and organizations with contact types

Hoping someone can help us!  Our Foundation/College sends out a magazine twice a year.  We as the Foundation need to provide the vendor with an excel spreadsheet for the mailing list.  Our mailing list is comprised of multiple queries: Donors (both orgs with contact types and individuals), records marked with a "prospect" attribute, any fund relationships (to catch our endowed fund donors), and Board of Directors (current and past). 


I tried the query list function as I loved the de-duping it did but it doesn't give me the contact type for organizations.  Especially as we may want to send it to multiple people at one organization.  Any thoughts on how we can do this without running 5 different queries, merging the spreadsheets, and manually de-duping??

You can use the Segment tab in Quick letters (under Mail).

It  eliminates duplicate mailings to the same constituent and you can also choose on the Org tab which contacts should get the letter. Export to Excel to create the list.
