How do you create a "subscribe" page in luminate

We have a new website launching soon and would like to have a subscribe option for people to get our newsletter or other info from us. We have an unsubscribe page but seems like there is not an option to copy that page an create a subscribe one. What are other people do for the subscribe option?

The best way to do this is with a survey. You can select and rename the interests to make it clear. You can leave the survey as a stand alone or embed it in a web page with more information.
